I think you guys are all really paranoid. The Tribune came to me . . . what was I supposed to do . . . say "No I don't skate ditches, but let me send you up to that 'other skate shop' I'm sure they can answer all of your questions." Nope. Sorry. In my own defense I only took them to one ditch. A ditch that is completly visible to ALL passing traffic. It's one of the many ditches that we already get ran out of on a daily basis. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE (police, mayor Marty, the Ditch Witch, annoyed neighbors and everyone else who wants us to stay out of them) already knows that the DITCHES OF ALBUQUERQUE are being skated and skated hard I must add!!! So what if all the quotes aren't exact and that the best pictures didn't make it in the newspaper, at least we got the front page.

I hope no one reads that article. Does this mean that all the talk radio A-holes are going to be arguing about how to stop this menace? My standard line to people is "I've never done this before. I've never even seen anyone do it."
Hey Mar, It looks like the clouds are starting to roll in. If it doesn't rain, I'll probly see y'all tonight.

is you don't talk about fight club.
Glad you got your shop name out there Nicole, I know every little bit helps.
But let's be careful when we thumb our noses at the cops and open space rangers on the front page.

Bobby, ditches in hte o.c. are not what they used to be (EPIC and plenty). They usually have staight transitions (unlike the half pipe shaped ones here in O. But one good one that is still alive in the O.C. is right off of the 5 freeway if your on the northbound side as you go by I believe like KNotts Berry Farm Maybe farther look for the ditch right off of the road. Youll see like a big drive in movie or swap meet if you see it in time pull off and park other wise you'll see the ditch but will have to turn back around one exit. It was a really good ditch when I was riding it 20 years ago, but I just saw it again and it looks the same. Go shred

Willy You might want to stay in hotel circle(by the limo rental co.) this might take you a few days. there's a ditch behind the hotel but you have to be careful you might loose you board.OK here's a taste:
imperial, fashion valley mall, superdankbank outside the mall, friars road, across the street from western divison, almost every school in clairemont.
I think that's a good preview

Just got in from a 24 hell trip to ABQ. Robert Palmer and George McClellan are full on pirates, but class acts as well. Two of the coolest skaters alive. I'll never forget those Indian School runs. Thanks guys.

Hola fellow ditch skaters. I recently moved to the Southern California area and hear there are some gnarly ditches in the area, yet haven't been able to track any down thus far. If anybody has any info of where they are hiding please let me know. Muchas Gracias

Iwish i knew how to post a picture of a ditch, then i could show people the sickest ditches, but I just don't know how. I just finenshed putting a beautiful fresh coat of blue on a secret massive empty pool in la jolla. Inner Vision Bowl is now SIIICCKKK. We patched all the rough areas and are shredding. Best part is is that the huge house next door is empty also so we can swim in there pool right after our sesh, while looking at all of san diego below us. It is ridiculous.
Jim i tried to call you. I ride in the afternoons during the week (after work) call me 619 778-8570
